Seeking reliable non smokers house sitter(s)

We live in a renovated church home on 1/2 acre in quiet farming area. Veggie beds and small green house. 3 cats (2 indoors) , 30 chickens and some gold fishes.

Moriarty is 1.5 hours drive from Cradle Mountain national park. East Devonport ferry ⛴️ terminal for Spirit of Tasmania is 15 minutes from us.

Tank water full electricity on mains. Wood heater and reverse cycle heat pump (air conditioner).

Ample room for campervan/caravan.

Optional - opportunity to explore Tasmania if you wish. Our friendly neighbours can help feed our animals.
