Four bed, bathroom, ensuited brick home. Air conditioned home on ten acres. Internet & Foxtel . Within 15 minute walk to shops - Coles, Woolworths, railway station, excellent restaurants, cafes etc.
10 minute drive to beautiful Lake Macquarie, 20 minutes to beaches. 15 minutes drive to the base of the Watagan Mountains- suit bush walkers.
One very loveable old Jack Russell - though slightly spoilt. Needs lots of TLC. No need to be walked. Property is co-habited by kangaroos.
Minimal garden upkeep may be possible. Lawns to be mowed with ride on mower only. Tidy, clean house required. Non smokers a must.
