About this house sitting position in Morningside

Lovely 3 bed house with views, BBQ and a Border Collie!!

We have a 3 bed house in Morningside, Brisbane that needs to be looked after along with our 7 year old border collie for 1 week in April. The house will remain fully furnished throughout the sitting period and would need little upkeep. The garden at the top needs watering but the back is generally left to fend for itself. The house has everything you would generally expect to find along with Netflix's, Optus TV/ Fetch and a DVD player. There's a lovely deck looking out over the bush reserve with a BBQ and Ice box for gathering friends together. There are cafes, shops and restaurants close by along with Morningside train station about 15 minutes walk away if you need to get in to the city.
Our family pet, Scout the Border Collie will need looking after throughout the sitting period and a cat a few doors down would need to be feed daily. Scout only needs feeding once a day but likes company and walks each day. Scout isn't great with other dogs and generally needs to to be kept away from big dog parks as he was attacked a while ago. The parks close by have way to many dogs along with owners who don't control them properly (they turn up for a gossip with other owners rather than exercising their dogs). We'll be able to take you through the instruction manual for Scout when we get closer to you taking on the house sit. He's a lovely boy who's well trained and sociable but you will need to be confident with him and let him know that you're in charge or he'll run rings around you! Look forward to catching up soon.
