Our home is modest and comfortable in a good safe neighbourhood with 3 bedrooms and a study/children’s playroom. Unlimited NBN data is available.
We do not currently have any animals that need to be cared for but we are open to sitters who may have a dog with them! The back yard is securely fenced and there is a dog door in the laundry. We are happy for (reasonably) well behaved dogs to come inside.
We would like the garden looked after and watered regularly, particularly in the hot weather.
We have recently updated the kitchen with new cabinets and a dishwasher!
The house is medium-sized, with reverse-cycle air-conditioners. There is a large lounge and large front and back yards with many fruit trees.
There's a carport and large back verandah with patio/decking, gas bbq and outdoor furniture. The house is child friendly with a trampoline, various bikes, and toys both inside and out.
Bedding and towels are supplied.
Next to our property are lakes and a large park, with a playground, ducks and other wildlife, and extensive walking/cycling tracks. There are many attractions nearby, e.g., McLaren Vale wineries, good beaches and we're also close to hilly farmland. There is a good delicatessen a few houses away.
