About this house sitting position in Morphettville Adelaide

We are a frequently travelling retired couple who own a three bedroom home in a quiet estate-style area. We have a cottage garden and loads of pot plants which require watering by hand during the summer months. We are non-smokers and prefer all our guests to be also. There is a resident cat who loves to be part of our lives. He is a house cat who is a sleeper, an eater and he sh..ts in the tray provided which we call his Thunder-Down-Under-Box. He also likes to be patted and is very well looked after, bordering on being thoroughly spoilt. We have artificial lawn, off-street parking, wi-fi, all mod cons including reverse cycle air-con for heating and cooling etc.
We are close to the beach at Glenelg or Brighton, public transport, Westfield Marion Shopping Centre and the city. Our housesitters have told us that they are very comfortable when they stay here.
