About this house sitting position in Mortlake

Looking for someone to come and stay at our house while we travel. We have 3 very indulged cats who consider themselves to be in charge. They are long coat so do tend to shed fur when they're affectionate. We have an easy care tropical fish tank and there are also 10 chooks who lay beautiful fresh eggs.
We have a modern and comfortable 3 bedroom house on 7 acres just on the outskirts of a rural town in Victoria. It's a 50 km (30 minute) drive to Warrnambool on the coast and 150km (1.5 hrs) to Geelong.
We're after someone who loves cats (because they're the landlords here) and who is happy to mow lawns (ride on here) in exchange for free accomodation.
Some basic cleaning around the house would also be great.
Police checks and references would be needed.
