About this house sitting position in Morton vale

Hello, I live on a small rural residential property with horses. Shops are 10-15 min drives away.
At this stage need someone here with me, who can help me as I severely fracture my leg and on a long recovery with complications. Need help with the horses, cleaning horse manure daily and help around the house, garden, cleaning, shifting wheelbarrow, etc.
Have a cozy guest room with table and bed and superfast unlimited wifi.
Due to water restrictions prefer single person, preferable female, but consider anyone, consider waterwise people also in a van (but cant include to run full van on electricity without chipping in, sorry).
Possibly I need someone to drive me to the pool/physio, doc, hospital, depends the length of stay.
I am quiet, don't smoke and also vegan. Also have a cat. Thanks
