About this house sitting position in Mosman

Now that the borders are officially open and things seem to be pretty steady, we hope to visit our family in Perth for the first time in over a year. We need to find someone reliable and trustworthy to look after our puppy Freddie, our cat Binks and our unit while we are away. Binks is easy to look after, he can be in or out and with his automatic bowl that just needs filling every 3rd day!
Freddie is around 7-8 months old and will be a little harder work. We would need someone who ideally has looked after a puppy previously and who will be at home most of the time - he can't be left for more than 4 hours at this stage.
It's a beautiful ground floor unit in a building of 6 units in Mosman. 2 bedrooms (1 is currently a study with no bed), 1 bathroom. There is plenty of street parking outside for a car if necessary. There is a small common lawn area that is available to use (this is where Freddie usually goes to the bathroom and sometimes plays). We love our unit and building and would appreciate it to be looked after as if it were your own.
We are a 5-10 minute walk to Sirius Cove beach, a 10 -15 minute walk to Mosman Bay Wharf and Reid Park, a 15 minute walk to Mosman High Street.
The only potential problem is if the borders close again, then we will need to cancel. I know it's a lot to ask, however we would need someone who is able to be flexible in case we needed to cancel the sit last minute.
