Beautiful low-maintenance, spacious 1-bed townhouse with enclosed private courtyard. (The house is actually 2-bed but I just moved in and don't have a bed fame for the spare room just yet :) ). Located a 5-minute walk from Mosman Park train station and a 5-minute drive to the iconic Cottesloe Beach, the apartment is perfectly situated.

Looking for someone mature to house-sit/petsit for 8 nights. You'll be looking after a very friendly (lazy) beaglier called Harley. Fully house-trained and almost ten years old. She enjoys human company more than other dogs and is ideally suited to someone who won't be out of the house for longer than 5-6 hours at a time. She can be left on her own for a few hours per day and twice a week has a dog walker
