House located in beautiful Albany WA. Three weeks in April 2020 including the Easter long weekend and WA school holidays. So much happening in Albany over this period, including:

and much more...the region is abuzz!
Enjoy day trips to the magical Stirling Ranges, enjoy award winning wines in the Porongurup region, enjoy a leisurely drive to Denmark for foodie heaven...wine, cheese, chocolate anyone? then cool off with a refreshing swim at one of the myriad of pristine (and usually empty!) beaches the area has to offer.
Cant do all the dates? Can only do a week? no worries, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
Lovely 3 x 1 home with elevated northerly position and leafy outlook. Desirable Mount Clarence location, walk to town, shops, coffee, bush land and a leisurely 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to pristine Middleton Beach. Bring your caravan!! We've got plenty of room.
Generous living area with pleasant outlook, functional kitchen with plenty of storage. Large lawn area, plenty of room for a caravan or camper (water and power available) and great side access . Very quiet location with fantastic neighbours. Small street tucked away (not even some locals know it's here!) but still close to everything - best of both worlds.
We have one awesome 7 year old Kelpie X (female) and one 5 year old male cat (mainly outside- sleeps in at night) Peggy is wonderful, very dog social, loves to play and a walk in the bush. She will need to be walked once per day, and also a bit of play in the garden too. You can take her to the cafe, beach etc, she is never a problem, impeccably behaved - you will get compliments!! Marley is very self sufficient, just feed him and let him sleep in the laundry at night and he will be very happy - you will barely see him.
We are a non-smoking family, and would prefer our sitters are too. Our home is clean and tidy and we are very house proud. The home including carpets, windows etc will be professionally cleaned prior to our departure and lawn mowing will be taken care of during your stay.
Come and explore the magnificent Great Southern region, and make Albany your base. You will be amazed at the things you can see and do here.
