About this house sitting position in Mount cotton

We have two large dogs that need looking after whilst we are away. Our large dogs must be walked we do have a dog walker who can help with walking twice per week if you are not capable of walking large dogs. This could be around the block, to the dog park or the dog beach. Our white dog is a runner so you cannot take him off leash unless the area is enclosed. We have had numerous complaints from council(neighbour) over the dogs barking. We use bark collars and training collars (they have been very good lately and we havent had to use these in months). Likely because we are home more. Sometimes we just show it to the dogs and tell them off and that is enough to stop the barking. The dogs are not indoor dogs and are not to be let into the house. Feeding the dogs entails cooking up rice and veg to give them plus dry food. We have a very large two story house. We have 2 spare bedrooms with queen beds so welcome house sitters to stay an extra day at the beginning and end of the stay ( beginning as you may want to go through things and we are very friendly, we usually have dinner with our housesitters the night before and we fly in at midnight of the 6 january) The pool is self sufficient and we really don't want you doing anything to it other than skim leaves if required and dump water if it rains too much. Enjoy it. We have a gardener to mow the lawns. We are in a cul de sac so parking is at a premium. Our garage will be full this trip. Bin days are Wednesday night for Thursday collection. We would like someone who will open the house up to air it out as the humidity makes things mouldy/ stagnant. We have air con but we rarely use it.
