About this house sitting position in Mount Evelyn

Hello all,

We're after a single person or a couple to house sit + pet sit for us in Mount Evelyn.

PET DETAILS:
2 gorgeous black Griffon Bruxellois (tiny dogs) aged nearly 6 years. From the same litter, beautiful nature & don't shed fur!
1 budgie - free flying but locked in cage nightly

HOUSE DETAILS:
Split level home, 3 bed 2 bath PLUS 2 bedroom bungalow office. Air conditioning - split system and evaporative.

House is beautifully kept, well maintained and meticulously presented. This house feels like an AirBnB! It has a magnificent outlook onto the Quinn Reserve with walking tracks, and offers many spaces to relax out the front or the back. Sit out the front, enjoying the view with a glass of wine and soak up the tranquil surrounds.

We ask that anyone house sitting for us keeps our place clean and tidy and leaves it the way it was found.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The person/people who we choose to house sit for us must be available to medicate one of the dogs morning and evening. This medicine is crucial and cannot be forgotten under any circumstance as it will be life-threatening. Full disclosure; one of the dogs has epilespy and will protentially have a seizure whilst you are housesitting. Bronson our special pup is easily cared for, but this medicine is so important. Please do not apply for this house sitting job unless you are capable of handling a seizure should it occur. Our chosen house sitters must be available to medicate him and love the pets as they deserve.

We will be very selective with our choice of house sitter as our pets and house care are so important to us.

My husband I are willing to pay for the care of the animals. To be discussed upon applying for the house.
