About this house sitting position in Mount Helen

We are located in the Ballarat area. A very quiet residential suburb slightly south. We have a 4 bedroom house, recently updated (new paint/carpet) - combined lounge/dining, and separate large kitchen with dishwasher. Central gas heating. Carport with garage door. Not much of a garden to maintain - lots of lawn. Reliable NBN, unlimited internet and Foxtel.

You must be a non-smoker. We are quiet people and suggest that you be the same. Our cats are used to our lifestyle.

Main priority - you must love cats! We have 2 and they are particular. They are members of our family and whilst not completely spoilt, we do make sure their routine is maintained. You can obviously go out and about during the day, go out for dinner if it suits, but you must be there for our pets. They love their humans being home and occasionally like to snuggle. They are fed twice a day - morning and evening.

NOTE - we also have a pet snake (in a tank). You do NOT have to feed it as he hibernates in winter and does not eat. You do however have to be comfortable with topping up his water once a week. Non-venemous, small snake (head only as big as your thumb). He does not attack and we will give you clear instructions.
