About this house sitting position in Mount Waverley

We have moved into and furnished a lovely near-new 3 bedroom townhouse in the leafy, quiet suburb of Mount Waverley, VIC.

Our home is within walking distance of many lovely cafes and parks via the Glen Waverley rail trail and is a 5 minute walk to Syndal train station on the Glen Waverley train line. The monash freeway entrance/exit at Blackburn and/or Forster road is also about a 5 minute drive away.

Our home is located within a 5 minute drive to the new refurbished 'The Glen' shopping centre, with tonnes of contemporary eateries, supermarkets, major shops and boutiques.

We would love to meet a kind, caring and responsible house sitter for our two year old rescue cat, Aoife (pronounced ee-fa, Irish name!) and our 18 month old Cavoodle, Archie.

About the pets:
Aoife is generally very self sufficient but does like to sometimes snuggle up on the couch when there are new people in the house. We have installed a kitty/doggy-door and some cat netting in our backyard so Aoife is able to wander around the backyard at her leisure but she will need to come inside when it gets dark and sleep inside!

Archie is a bundle of energy and love! He enjoys going on walks around the neighbourhood and snoozing on your lap / end of bed / anywhere! He is very gentle and does not shed hair.

Our trip is dependent on COVID-19 restrictions enabling us to travel into NSW/ACT on the dates listed so a sense of flexibility on both ends is required. I (Emily) have been working on the COVID-19 Public Health response since March 2020 so you can be rest assured that our home is spotless, sanitised and you will have an abundance of additional PPE should you require it.
