A comfortable 4 bedroom brick and tile home with fenced yard, a short walk from Kallangur & Murrumba Downs train stations, in a quiet cul de sac. Airconditioned main areas, QS bedroom and ensuite available. Use of internet and Netflix subscription. I have every kitchen appliance and utensil you could think of. Pet minding of 2 greyhounds who live in the house fulltime. My furkids just need company more often than a visiting pet sitter could provide. Otherwise, they are extremely low maintenance, preferring to be couch potatoes. They require feeding once a day, with very simple food requirements. My female greyhound needs eyedrops every second day, for Pannus, but is very cooperative when these are being given. I have a housemate at the moment, male, 36, who works odd hours and sometime would be at home with you at least part of the time, but has a room he can use as a loungeroom...
