3 bedroom cottage on a flat block with a developing garden no pets to be minded land size is about 800sq.metres ,bedrooms are carpeted living areas have floors and rugs I will have a great new kitchen in a few weeks time however I need a house minder,a single mature person ,non smoker, social drinker, responsible to care for my home ,it is extremely comfortable .
