About this house sitting position in Nebo

Cattle station 30km west of Nebo - caring for animals only. Clean and comfortable aircon 4brm home, wifi. Minimal garden care, watering pot plants and setting sprinkler. If lawn gets too long, bring one of the horses over for the day - no mowing needed. Care for 8 working dogs, one small house dog, 2 cats, 6 chooks and horses.
Small dog in house yard, working dogs are kennelled however would require a walk or run daily. Chooks free range during the day, locked up at night, collect eggs and feed. Cats require feeding only. Horses just need checking daily. All animals live outside.
We are 6km off the bitumen on well maintained all weather access road. Lovely bush escape not too remote but enough to enjoy. Roos, cattle, birds, emus all regulars at out front gate. Plenty of room for van or motorhome parking or welcome to stay in house. Easy access to water and power. Shed available to park vehicle.
