About this house sitting position in Nedlands

The studio at the back of my house is available for a house sitter. My 1905 weatherboard heritage-listed home will be vacant but locked up. Located near shops, university, bus stops. Ten minute drive to city. Comes with 5 chooks to be fed, watered and let out daily, and many wild birds. Malka the cat is very easy to look after and is very affectionate. Small pond in back yard with fish which require feeding 2-3 times a week. Beautiful garden and some pot plants that will need watering.
Single person wanted to stay in studio. Studio has a bathroom inside, toilet is outside. Kitchenette is located within studio with small stove and oven and full sized fridge. Many cafes and restaurants nearby, supermarket and shops within 5 minutes walking distance.
Free Wifi, parking space available. Helpful neighbours.
