About this house sitting position in New Italy

Hi. When I am away my property and goods are at the mercy of thieves or vandals.
I need someone around to just be a presence so the place isn't vacant.
I have no animals or plants. Except the pretty tame wallabies and the crows.
I would prefer no pets here as they will affect the local wildlife who live here but may consider a suggestion.
The property fronts onto the Pacific Highway but the residence is 400m away in the trees.
I have a HUGE shed full of machinery and "toys" and a small new brick and glass dwelling. It is only set up for one person or a couple but there is bunk accommodation separately for another 5 guests.
Tank water and solar power system. Some understanding of solar systems and battery maintenance would be "very" desirable.
Not on the beach but about 25min drive to Evans Head and lots of surf etc.
Nothing (and I mean nothing) to do here. I have discovered bsolutely no social life nearby so I usually go to Lismore for a bit of culture or entertainment. Unless you like the club/pub scene in Evans.
Someone capable of small repairs or maintenance would be viewed favorably.
