About this house sitting position in Newmarket

I am renting the bottom floor of a renovated insulated Queenslander house in Newmarket, which is very close to Newmarket Village. There is a separate kitchen, living, bath and bedroom. Bathroom has shower but no bath. Kitchen has bench-top oven and two-plate stove with small fridge. Bedroom has Queen size bed. No aircon but fans available. Lounge has big screen LCD TV, no Foxtel but I do have WiFi/Netflix. Glass doors open out onto a private undercover deck area with couches and a washing line. The owners have a dog (Rottweiler) who is not aggressive but I don't go too close to him. There is a private entrance through the garage under the main house and there is street parking.

I have two tame male cockatiels (Mango and Denzel) under 6 months of age who will need feeding (they eat pellets and broccoli mainly), water replaced daily and minimum one hour per day outside of the cage and lots of head scratches and cuddles. Mango likes to sing and will repeat "peekaboo" and "I love you" if you say these to him. I let them play on the dining table where they forage and eat veggies and play on the play-pen. They do however feel safer on or in the cage and if out the cage will need to be supervised. Denzel has clipped wings but is still able to fly at low levels. Mango's wings are not clipped so he is able to fly and sometimes flies into the walls as he is still learning and has had some setbacks :(. Therefore it's important to keep curtains and blinds closed so he doesn't fly into the windows.
