About this house sitting position in Newton

I require a mature single female house sitter from 25th June 2017 to
5th August 2017 for a unit at Newton, South Australia.
I am looking for a House sitter who is honest and clean and genuinely like cats.
I would prefer someone who is single and employed in a full time position.
Jobs are straight forward:
* Feed 1 cat daily morning and night.
* Bring cat in to the house at night.
* Water garden and pot plants.
* Keep the house clean and tidy
* Bring in the mail daily
My home is a cosy 1 bedroom plus 1 study modern secure unit, close to all shops and close to the City.
This House sit would suit working person, with excellent access to the Oban. The garden is very easy to maintain and is neat and tidy.
The home has recently been renovated, has a reverse cycle air conditioner, flat screen TV, modern kitchen and bathroom.
A Police clearance would definitely an advantage to get this house sit.
