4 bedroom home with 2 full sized queen bedrooms as well as two studies. NBN, with 1000gb of data and wireless all around. Two cats, one needs special care as she MUST be confined to one room while she recovers from a torn cruciate ligament. lots of expensive glass ware so it is by no means a party house, would prefer older couple preferably cat lovers who can give Lucy what she needs and feed our other cat Maggie. Unfortunately I have to be in hospital in Sydney from 12-20 of July and can't trust our two babies with just anyone because if the disabled one gets out she will do herself more damage and ruin a $2500 operation, not to mention her leg. A bit of a mess at the moment as I haven't been well but will be clean before we go. Garden is self maintaining as it is all on a watering system. 1 ensuite plus one full bathroom with shower and tub and seperate vanity any toilet. As I said, no young kids as we do have expensive glassware and objects of sentimental value. There is a nasty slope up to the front door so not suitable for anyone with mobility worse than mine, you could get a wheelchair up through the shed and up the back slope but you would need a good driver. Heating is great which you need in a Canberra winter, oven is a pest but it does work and there is a microwave and gas stovetop so cooking is not a problem.
