About this house sitting position in Ngunnawal

Hello and thanks for looking at my listing. We live about 15 minutes from the heart of the city on the northern outskirts of Canberra. Gunghalin Town Centre is not far where there are plenty of cafes and shops.
My little home is a 2yr old 2bedroom townhouse. Great heating, dishwasher, gas cooking and no gardening as there are courtyards both front and back.
I have a 9yr old cat called 'Maz' who is very affectionate once he overcomes his scardy cat nature :) He is an indoor cat for the most part and spends his day sleeping but loves cuddles.
Ideally my home would suit a couple or single that would like to see the sites of Canberra and be a companion to Maz.
