About this house sitting position in Nilgen
Rural residential area 20 kms from Lancelin. 15 horses in a paddock and stable setup, needing feeding 2 times daily and mucking out daily , waters tending too. Where the horses are is a shed dormitory style residence set up for horse riding camps . Another residence is 1km away with all the internet , Foxtel, Netflix etc. Plenty of room to park a van outside and use amenities inside if people wish. Caravan would be preferable but not essential as the owner would be requesting applicants to come a day early 21 or 22 Jan to learn the ropes . The owner is willing to provide a manual Ute for people to transport to and from house if desired.
