About this house sitting position in Nimbin

Our house is 3 years old and on seven acres, a short distance from town. It is a three bedroom home on stumps with access by stairs and/or ramp. We are on grid electricity, tank water and have NBN Unlimited Internet and smart TV. We have two friendly dogs and someone else's three horses in the paddock. The horses require no attention other than to ring the owner if there is a problem. The dogs will need feeding morning and night. However, we have a great neighbour who likes to have the dogs when we go away. She now has a new puppy dog and now prefers to share the time with our dogs. Our dogs can go next door to play and sleep in their kennel. We don't allow our dogs inside the house. Our property is mostly flat and the back boundary is a picturesque creek which can easily be accessed by walk or car. We do have electric fences around the house for the dogs and another for the horses, but they are not always turned on. The horses do not require any care other than visual from our deck. our whole property and mountain view is visible from our deck.
