3x2.5 townhouse. You'll have a queen size bed in large bedroom with wardrobe space and all. I'll provide all the linen and towels etc.
The kitchen is nice, with all crockery etc provided the house is only 6 years old.

I have two cats. I'll buy enough food and litter etc for them before I go. They have half the yard as a netted-in cat run.
There's an alfresco area for you to enjoy. Please no smoking.
I have fast internet and a hard drive full of movies and tv shows.
