About this house sitting position in North Beach

Modern, secure, gorgeous, cozy 2 bedroom beach house in the coastal suburb of North Beach.

The breathtaking WA coastline is literally 300m from your doorstep:) Enjoy relaxing and unwinding in the Balinese-inspired garden listening to birds. (This is reticulated and programmed)

My house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. From Wi-Fi and Netflix for entertainment to essential home appliances. You will be sleeping in a comfy QS bed, indulging in the luxury of bamboo sheets and latex pillows.
To add to the excitement, you will have a cuddly little man named Chester to spend time with you. Chester is a 3 year old cat, who is a love bug and loves human company. If you take him to bed, he will even sleep next to you on his side of the bed of course lol..

While I am work I am looking for a quiet, clean single person to assist with the below requirements:
Daily Feeding and providing love to Chester (Sending me lots of videos and photos updates daily)
Watering indoor & outdoors plants
Keep an eye on pond levels and ensure water is topped up and pumps are clean and streaming well.
Sweep the pergola area
Keep the house superrrr clean (I'm a little OCD)
Be respectful of neighbours
Place bins out on Sunday nights
No parties or other guests visiting or sleeping over (I
respectfully ask you please visit them)
No smoker
Provide police clearance & references
Respect privacy of my personal belongs
