Single level 3 bed 3 bathroom home on a raised block with steps to house. Totally renovated and extended in past two years and recently completed. Our dog Beth is 9 years old, a very placid black labrador. She is an indoor dog and as we are retired is used to having people around most of the time. This area is not well serviced with public transport so would suggest the sitter had their own transport.
