I am looking for a reliable person/couple to look after my 3 bedroom, two bathroom 6 yo home in Northam WA. Northam is an easy hours travel from Perth. The house is recently painted and the garden is non existent so no up keep; it's on a large block and has ample room to store a caravan or truck etc on a separate driveway.
