Single storey terrace house. Recently renovated with attractive garden. Two bedrooms, one bathroom/toilet, kitchen and lounge dinning area. Close to public transport, shops, cinema and parks. 15 mins by train to Melbourne. One 14 year old Jack Russell dog to be cared for. The dog needs regular walking and companionship, he can’t be left alone for hours at a time. The house and dog would suit a retired couple that wanted to enjoy Melbourne but had the time to look after the dog.
