About this house sitting position in Nunawading

Hello, I am looking for a mature, cat-lover to house-sit in a safe suburb within a friendly neighbourhood.

I have two adorable cats. Theo is shy around strangers to start with and then a very cuddly and smoochy companion. Liam is outgoing and anyone’s but sadly not a fan of Theo.

I also have 5 hens that are easy to look after but need to be locked up before dusk every day.

The house is well-appointed, with a large kitchen-living area and one bedroom available. There are two air conditioners for cooling and heating. Comfortable queen-size bed and a selection of pillows.

My home incorporates a lovely garden and a generous patio with BBQ and outdoor setting. There are also two other outdoor areas for sitting and relaxing while admiring the garden and catching or avoiding the sun.

For the most part the garden is watered via automatic watering systems. There are plenty of vegetables, some fruit and of course eggs.

The house is situated close to public transport, cafes, a few restaurants and a shopping centre (1.6 km). Off-street parking (provided your car doesn’t leak oil).
