About this house sitting position in Oak Valley

3 bedroom home with in-ground pool in very private settings. Amazing views of the valley below and Ross Dam, our house is built on top of a hill and has private access via a part concrete part dirt driveway.
Require super reliable mature person or couple (No children) to care for 1 cat, 1 goat and 1 pony for 3 weeks. Must be able to feed animals AM and PM every day. Other requirement is cleaning skimmer box in pool daily.
Full use of house, pool and the outdoors (50 acres).

Suits person that enjoys peace and quiet.
Non smokers only.
No parties/gathering of friends allowed.
Ideal candidate has AWD/4WD available.
Must have checkable references.
