About this house sitting position in Oakhampton
We have a lovely split level 4 bedroom home, with 11 metre salt water pool, courtyard area and extensive gardens on a 5 acre property. The home is set back 200 metres from roadway, verandahs overlook rural land and is in close proximity to a small regional city with all the amenities. Located in the Hunter Valley it is 30 minutes to vineyards and 50 minutes to the beach and Newcastle.
We need house, garden and pot plant care and maintenance of the 5 acres (1200 cut Kubota ride-on for the property and push mower and whipper snipper for Courtyard and pool area). We need pool maintenance to support the automatic vacuum. We are hoping to find someone to provide seed and monitor automated watering system, for a large free flight aviary of finches.
