About this house sitting position in Ocean Shores

I am looking to establish a consistent loving able person to come and pet /house sit. I travel interstate at times and internationally at least twice a year for work. I do need to have good communication and and the house garden are well looked after. I have 4 moodles family (mum, dad and their off-spring) will be 2 years in July 2025. They are young and delightful. The house is a lovely wooden house elevated, beautiful outlook among trees, open living, easy to live and enjoy. Two inside bathrooms, one upstairs and a outdoor shower. Ocean Shores, great shops, cafes organic produce and health food shops , Sabi sushi stone throw away make life very easy. Close beaches, Brunswick river, more cafes etc and Bryon Bay 12 minutes away. Lovely area.

This is a meditation space ,sanctuary. I would like a mature calm spiritual person of any age. (There are many stairs so someone able for stairs is important and great for fitness . The moodles like to sleep with me and on the floor, if this is an issue than this position unfortunately isn't the right fit. There is a queen bed and bathroom that you will be offered upstairs. There is a meditation room on the ground level. Kitchen is fully equipped, and good outside eating relaxing area, fire box , long bench to stretch out on, hammock , swing , bar bench stools and barbecue.
