Welcoming and cosy home overlooking the Derwent and Mt Wellington. Fantastic place to work from home or to just chill. One loved family puppy of 15 months who need a little attention. She has anxiety but is easy to look after with lots of positive reinforcement. Basic garden which only requires watering.
