About this house sitting position in Old beach

We are looking for someone to look after our home and out 1 year old dog charli she’s a lab cross. We leave on the 26th December and arrive home on the 1st Jan. I am very ocd so I need someone who will keep our home clean and tidy inside and someone who can also run the lawn mower around just once so we don’t come home to a jungle and pull any weeds that have grown. We have a 3 bedroom home built 4 years ago in a quite neighbourhood at the end of a culdesac. If you have a camper our driveway is an internal drive on a sharp bend so if the camper is bigger than a large car it won’t get all the way to the house it would just have to sit at the start of the driveway. We would also love someone to walk charli daily if not every second day as her yard isn’t huge and she gets very bored. Thank you :)
