3bedroom on 5 Acres ,enclueding a 10 dog kennel , 5 Foxterrier and 5 Tenterfield terriers ,15 dorper sheep, 12laying hens ,we are 37 Klms from Wagga Wagga ,9 Klmsfrom Junee , 48 Kim's Temora , 30 Klms Coolamon , Internet available ,wood heater, plus air con ,cleaning and running dogs take 45 minutes a day , hens have sell feeders that have to be fill monthly and sheep are there to act as lawn mowers any genuine sitter requiring a lengthy sit and not to much to do this will suit .
