Opossum Bay, Tasmania

About this house sitting position in Opossum Bay

Is there anyone out there who would like to come and stay at my house in Opossum Bay, Tasmania from 6/7 March to 15th March while I travel interstate? This would really suit someone travelling around Tasmania at the moment who would like a place not ridiculously far from Hobart to base themselves for a little while. The house is an elegant old farmhouse on 7 acres overlooking the Derwent River estuary and I have one old dog, four cats, five geese and three chooks to feed. There is also an easy horse who loves his chaff each morning and gates to different paddocks opened every other day. There will also be a bit of watering of gardens which takes approximately 20m minutes each day. Opossum Bay is a lovely little coastal village 40 minutes drive south east of Hobart, it has good beaches and a shop and there is a shopping centre 20 minutes drive away. The house has all the usual facilities. There is also heaps of space for parking a van if needs be.
The front verandah is a great spot to watch the boating activity on the river and the visiting birdlife.
