About this house sitting position in Opossum Bay

I need someone to house sit my lovely old farmhouse overlooking Mount Wellington and the Derwent River in Opossum Bay 40 kms drive South East of Hobart from 15th September until 31st October while I travel overseas. There are two elderly dogs, three farm cats, five geese and five chooks to feed and one easy going horse who likes his chaff for breakfast. There may also be some watering of gardens if it is dry, but hopefully this should not be too onerous. The house has a lovely front verandah on which it is possible to waste a lot of time sitting watching all manner of watercraft go up and down the river. The house has the usual facilities including a wood heater to keep the house cosy if needed. Opossum Bay has a shop, lovely beaches and a great village feel. There is a cafe, pharmacy and local RSL club nearby. The closest shopping centre is a 20 minute drive away. The animals are easy and apart from this and perhaps some watering there is little else to do but enjoy the location. This housesit would be an ideal gig for a couple travelling the state who want to base themselves in Southern Tasmania while they have a look around.
