Large 4 bedroom home with a pool situated on 1.5 acres in a semi-rural area on the outskirts of Penrith. Very quiet small suburb.

You will have the choice of 2 bedrooms with your own bathroom and access to unlimited WIFI, Foxtel, Ducted heating/cooling, Garage for your vehicle, large yard for parking caravan/trailer etc.

Located close to the Blue Mountains, perfect for day trips and exploring the Blue Mountains National Park and just a 15 minute drive to Penrith centre, hospital, train station, shops etc. The area has very limited public transport so having your own vehicle would probably be more suitable.

We have 2 indoor cats and 3 indoor dogs (2 rescue greyhounds and a jack russell). Animal care is our number one priority and we would require someone to tend to our fur babies needs along with just the general day to day running of the house.

Requirements would include but are not limited to the following:
- Feed cats once daily
- Maintain/change cat litter as required
- Feed dogs twice daily
- Dog walking
- Scoop doggy poop
- Regular pet update via email or social media
- Take bins out
- Retrieving mail
- Mow lawns if required (ride on mower supplied)
- General pool care if required
