3 bedroom home 1 bathroom secure vehicle lockup 1 driveway high access suitable for caravan or camper behind gates medium size gardens with 3 retreat/entertaining areas one with fish pond in private courtyard.Pumps/filters in fish pond would need to be cleaned about 3 times while we are away.Only small lawns we have a battery powered mower so it will always start.Front garden is very low maintenance no lawn.The house is very eco friendly solar/battery power no north facing windows rainwater tanks for the gardens & pond.Easy care inside no carpet ceramic tiles & wood flooring.Very private low traffic flow Quiet neighbours Also a 6 year old Border Collie with a gentle nature who loves to chase the ball & go for walks in the nearby creek reserve which leads to the nearby beach (Christies Beach).We are close to public transport,restaurants,shopping & 20 mins to Southern Vales wineries.
