About this house sitting position in Paddington

I need a house sitter over Christmas from 23rd December through to 4th January.
I have a 4 bed house with pool and entertaining deck located in trendy suburb of Paddington.
We have 2 Dogs (Billy the Dogue and Raven the Pointer Cross), 1 cat and some fish that require some love and attention while we are away. The dogs love a walk in the mornings and there is a dog park not far away for them to have a run. Ideally we'd like a couple as it is easier to walk the dogs with two people
