About this house sitting position in Pakenham

I live on a large suburban block with three bedrooms.

It's a four minute walk to the main shopping centre. Eight minute walk to the train station (75 minute ride into the Melbourne CBD).

A few minutes' drive to join the M1 freeway.

Apart from the odd bogan driver, the area is quite peaceful.
Housesitters would find this a relaxing environment, indoors and out.

I need a housesitter who can take care of watering the garden while I'm away with my young Kelpie, Banjo.

Would consider negotiating a house swap if I could find an interesting location, preferably a small to medium town in NSW. Despite my age, I'm only now getting into driving after decades without a car.
