About this house sitting position in Park Ridge
This is short notice, hoping someone is available. We live in an over 50's resort, that doesn't mean a house sitter has to be over 50 though. Our home has 2 bedrooms and an extra tv room. Large open lounge, dining and kitchen area. 1 bathroom with shower, no bath. 1 toilet. Air conditioning to lounge, main bedroom and tv room. Small block of land with lawns and gardens which will require maintaining. A covered carport at the front of the house. 4 steps at the front to a small porch and a ramp at the back. We have a very friendly staffordshire terrier, 13 years old, which will require looking after. It is a very quiet resort with friendly residents.
