About this house sitting position in Parkes

Large 4 bedroom modern house on 10 acres 6km north west of Parkes owned by 55+ plus couple who will be spending approx 3.5 months in UK and Europe in 2017.
One (house resident) Burmese cat, three chickens and two goats to look after as well as the garden, and a large number of pot plants on the wrap around veranda which require frequent watering. You will need to be comfortable using a whipper snipper, spraying Roundup (shoulder pack), ride on mower and perhaps a tractor/slasher depending upon rainfall.
There is also a very low maintenance in ground salt water pool adjacent to the house. which will need to be looked after.
Property is on a very peaceful dead end country road only a few minutes by car to the township of Parkes and a 4 and half hour drive to Sydney and a 3 hour drive to Canberra.
Internet and Foxtel will be available for use.
