NOTE DATES COMMENTS. Ideal if you are mainly at home, but not essential. There is NOT enough room for campervans etc. Parking for standard car ok.
Property is old style large secure townhouse close to Glen Osmond Rd/Fullarton Rd. Bus stop 3 from cbd. I have 1 aged cat that requires feeding and changing of litter trays, and brushing and love. She is 95% inside. You will have your own ensuite and bedroom. I have an affable male housemate who has his own toilet/bathroom, but is generally too busy for pet care. I have family close by if you require assistance/advice at any time. Unfortunately no additional pets can be accommodated. I look forward to meeting you.
