Not yet 1year old my 3 bedroom new home plus Study/spare room, undercover out doors and equipped with barbecue (your welcome to use) table a chairs for you to enjoy a meal if you desire, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Ducted air and vacuuming and has an alarm system for your security.

Beautiful walk ways surround this quiet suburb and a 5 min drive will take you to Golden Beach or 8 mins to Caloundra and beaches where Poppy my (11yrs young) spoilt pet pictured regularly gets taken for walks in the evenings
The house is also Wifi equipped in which you are welcome to take advantage of.
Poppy is to be walked on a daily basis early mornings and evenings and is not shy to let you know he wants to hit the pavement.He has the run of the house and no where is out of bounds to him.

I have a 2 small gardens out back and and front along with potted plants that will appreciate a drink in the mornings or evenings daily.
