About this house sitting position in Penrith

Hi my name is Belinda
I live in a 2 storey townhouse on a corner block. Please note I am not in a complex, there are only 2 townhouses and its a lovely quiet area. There is room for 2 cars on the driveway (or a caravan) but the garage is full of stuff. The guest bedroom and main bathroom is spacious and upstairs. My bedroom is downstairs. There is a nice garden but not too big. A covered seating area with plenty of shade and just enough grass for the dogs. There is not really any gardening to do unless you really want to as I have a lawn mowing service come every fortnight to take care of the front lawns.
There is Foxtel in the house.
My precious pets consist of a miniature schnauzer called Buddy age 10 who is starting to feel his age a bit some days. And a Havanese puppy called Alfie who was born on 7.11.18. He is full of fun & mischief at the moment and has a passion for tissues. (He is non shedding & hypoallergenic) but needs brushing a couple of times a week. (His hair is a bit shorter now and will be kept short) I also have a budgie called Poppy who stays in her cage but her cage gets hung outside on nice days.
The boyz (dogs) are inside dogs except for when you go out and then they go into the garden. They have a bed on my bedroom floor and they get tucked in and they stay there all night until you get out of bed in the morning.
The dogs either need a walk each day, they are only small so a shortish walk (20 mins ish) is fine or longer if you prefer. I dont really like them going to the dog park as Alfie gets trampled on a lot. There is also the Nepean river nearby which offers some lovely walks and picnic spots or coffee shops. If I go further away for a drve for the day then I often take the dogs with me so that they are not on their own all day. They are excellent car travellers and enjoy just going for the drive lol. I do not work due to an accident so the boyz are used to someone being at home for a least part of the day. So ideally i would prefer it that the person looking after them be at home for at least half of the day time hours as well or taking them out with you and then keeping each other company in the evenings. Obviously i dont expect someone to stay in all the time i just dont want them to be left alone all the time either lol.
Im needing a sitter so I can see my 1 year old grandson in Brisbane. I have now finalised my dates with my daughter at last and will be leaving home around 9am on Thursday 22nd August and returning approx 2,30pm on Sunday 1st September at 2pm ish.
I am located central to a few shopping centres, the biggest is 5 mins away which is Penrith Westfield. Also to 2 train stations so this will give you an idea of how far it would be to the blue mountains, all the tourist attraction and Sydney central etc.
