About this house sitting position in Perth

It is just a small duplex suitable for a single person. Home is walking distance to the beach, river, canals and Foreshore, Forum and opposite the MARC centre (indoor and outdoor pools, gym, etc).
Pi is a Peruvian Inca Orchid 11 month old puppy needing her regular routine. Unfortunately we cannot take her with us hiking in National Parks. We enjoy the occasional 1 night away but it can be up to 5 nights away dependant on location. Pi is very relaxed around those who are gentle and consistent with her. She has her own bed and loves socialising with other dogs at the park.
The garden also needs watering when needed, natives in the front and fruit trees out back.
