About this house sitting position in Perth

Hello everyone, we are looking for a reliable, clean and tidy person/couple that is willing to look after our beloved cat Micio. He’s a sweet boy who loves cuddles and company, but he also appreciates moments of independence. He loves to eat delicious food (he’s very spoiled!), play around the house and take long naps all over the day.
The tasks are:
•feed him and change the water daily
•clean the litter box daily
•play with him
•a lot of cuddles! And keep him company
•water the balcony plants 3/4 times a week
In exchange we offer free accomodation in a cozy apartment in Perth CBD, you will have the all house for you, and this includes: your bedroom (furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables with light, wardrobe), kitchen and living room, one bathroom with a separated toilet, two balconies, and the building gym/pool.
The house is in the city centre, just 5/10 minutes walk from the main roads, has a few bus stops nearby, some of them are 1/2 minutes walk and others 5/7. The pharmacy is only 5 minutes walk and the groceries are around 10.
